 In last November Bank Hapoalim's management named Rivka Gugig, SRL consultant, an outstanding employee of its credit department. The project led by Rivka has become advanced, both technologically and service-wise, in everything relating to the level of system user satisfaction, and it responds to their needs within a reasonable time.
The award's  uniqueness is that it recognises not only Rivkas professionalism, dedication and responsibility as a consultant, but also the personal example she sets with regard to patience and the special effort made by project members and their customers.
