The SRL Group, which specializes in providing technological solutions and professional services in the field of software and infrastructure, has completed its implementation of a business process management system for the Ayalon Freeways Company. The system, based on the AgilePoint BPMS product represented exclusively in Israel by the SRL Group, will provide a response for managing business and project processes at the Ayalon Freeways Company and will significantly improve its ability to supervise, command and control the company's various processes. The cost of the project is estimated at 300,000 NIS.
BPM (Business Process Management) includes abilities and tools for tracking and supervising a process's life cycle, including design versus performance control, recognizing bottlenecks and potential improvements pertaining to meeting goals and indices. The AgilePoint BOMS will handle a broad array of work process at the Ayalon Freeways staring from financial processes, through control and regulation processes to regular operational processes while modeling and organizing the processes.
Shai Baras, CEO of the Ayalon Freeways Group, referring to the system, says: "Foremost in our decision was the realization of the ability to make quick decisions and manage an efficient process. As our first selected process, we have chosen to realize using this system the construction tender deviation approval process, which constitutes a core Ayalon Freeways business process. Realizing the process through the system allows computerization of the existing process and streamlining of internal work processes, improving response to contractors, creating control and transparency of the deviation committee works and preventing work delays. In addition and as a central goal, the process allows a tightening of budgetary control over the changes items of the projects and improvements in projection and management abilities – which will save us significant amounts of money, estimated at hundreds of thousands of shekels a year."
